The phys asst said Tom can come home tomorrow. Hooray!! Tom's doing really well, very little pain. He's able to get up out of bed, walk short strolls, make it to the bathroom, and eat solids! (Not always in that order!)
The nurse had him try Percoset today and he's no longer nauseous and no heebie-jeebies!!
He's ecstatic. As am I.
More soon -- after we rest a lot!!
