Whoop! Whoop! Whoop!!

The greatest posting of all time just disappeared, so I'll start over!!

The entire Canonica family is celebrating with joy because Tom's surgery went soooo well and he is doing soooo good. He is resting mostly pain free in the CCU, in fact he was joking and veeerrrryyyyy happy to be alive!!! We are all sooo verrryyyy glad he is alive!!

Dr. Cook the surgeon was fantastic! Totally!! (Dr. Cook's favorite word.) Dr. Mark Gunnion, the anesthesiologist was great, so concerned, and so personable. And dedicated to relieving Tom's pain. Tom's nurse in CCU is named Tiara, pronounced like "Chiara", and she is great, concerned, and sincere.

Allison, Pat, Vince, Chris, Denise, and Ann were my support team in the waiting room and they were a blessing. On the phone, my support team was Lynn, Colin, Veronica, MJ, Rita and I can't remember who all else. I thank you all for being there for me and for Tom. Without all of you, it would have been very difficult to survive the worry and stress. Thank you.

More tomorrow after a good night's sleep. The 3 am to 9 PM shift has finally ended.
